Belarus reaches first Euro Beach Soccer League Superfinal

      The Belarusian national beach soccer team reached the Euro Beach Soccer League Superfinal for the first time, BelTA has learned.
       In the final match in Moscow Belarus defeated Greece 6:5. Goals were scored by Belarusians Igor Brishtel, Valery Makarevich, Ivan Konstantinov, Vadim Bokach and Oleg Slautin. During the Moscow round the Belarusian team lost to the team of Spain 1:4, defeated Russians 4:2. The most prolific marksmen of this competition stage were Igor Brishtel of Belarus and Alexei Makarov of Russia.
Regardless of the results of the last preliminary round which will take place in Hungary on 8-10 August, the teams of Belarus, Switzerland, Spain, Portugal, Russia and Italy will definitely play in the Superfinal which will be held in Spain’s Torredembarra on 14-17 August.
