Customs Union presented in Italy

Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Belarus to Italy Yevgeny Shestakov took part in the seminar held in Rome to highlight the investment climate, the legal framework, and the tax system of the Customs Union, the press service of the Belarusian Foreign Ministry reports. Yevgeny Shestakov mentioned the new prospects that open up for the national economies of Belarus, Kazakhstan, and Russia in view of the signing of the Eurasian Economic Union Treaty. The diplomat drew attention to Belarus’ advantages in the context of business and investment cooperation. The report delivered by the Belarusian diplomat focused on regional economic integration as a priority of the Belarusian foreign policy and a key factor for raising the stability of the national economy in conditions of globalization and the instability of the global economy, said the press service of the Belarusian Foreign Ministry.
