A training course has opened in Minsk in September 2012 to train for a master’s degree at Magna Carta College in Oxford.

            Pre-masters program has been announced by the Magna Carta College Office in Minsk.
According to Executive Director of Magna Carta College Vadim Titov, the program provides a classic English business education with the MBA degree or any other master’s program.
           The program provides an opportunity to select any MBA course. The cost of the course is 350 pounds, quite an affordable access to the Pre-Masters program, Vadim Titov believes.
           It is distance learning in English and Russian, with an opportunity to receive consultations from the university’s academic staff. Vadim Titov underlined that Pre-Masters students have a unique opportunity to master the level of the English language necessary for studies in Great Britain. Students get 50% discount at language schools, Magna Carta College partners: Streamline, International House and VIP Mulberry Club.
           Pre-masters students get Magna Carta College Pre-Master's Certificate which paves the way to Magna Carta College master’s program.
