The government of Belarus has approved the draft framework agreement with the government of the Republic of Sudan on the provision of export credits as a basis for negotiations. The decision is stipulated by Resolution No. 169 of the Council of Ministers of 7 April 2026, which has been officially published on the National Legal Internet Portal, BelTA has learned.
According to the document, the Industry Ministry is authorized to conduct negotiations on the draft framework agreement and may, if necessary, introduce non-substantive changes to it. The ministry is also authorized to sign the document once an agreement is reached within the scope of the approved draft.
