Investments in the Minsk-1 airport and Minsk-City business center project are estimated at $5 billion.

The project will be presented at the Minsk Investment Day to be held on 15 November within the framework of the Belarusian Investment Forum.
The project is expected to be implemented before 2020; the expected payback is 11 years.
The preliminary concept envisages the construction of housing, the Minsk-City business center, commercial parking lots. It is expected that the dwelling will occupy the biggest territory, approximately 128 hectares.
The project envisages the development of 36.9 hectares. The preliminary concept provides for the construction of ten skyscrapers.
The project includes the creation of a community center with the total area of nearly 50,000 square meters. The center will include administrative offices, educational establishments and youth organizations.
Originally the Itera Group of Companies was chosen as the investor of the project. Yet, later a decision was taken to look for a new developer as the project was implemented too slowly.
