Royal Concertgebouw Orchestra to perform at Yuri Bashmet Festival in Minsk

    Camerata Royal Concertgebouw Amsterdam will perform at the Yuri Bashmet International Festival in Minsk on 4 October, BelTA reports.
     The Royal Concertgebouw Orchestra is a symphony orchestra of the Netherlands, based at the Royal Concertgebouw in Amsterdam. This legendary orchestra is the first in the Top 20 compiled by the most respectable music magazine Grammophone every year. Camerata Royal Concertgebouw Orchestra Amsterdam, that will perform in Minsk, is a chamber orchestra consisting exclusively of the artists of this world-famous orchestra. The orchestra has the best musicians from different countries and performs only in the most prestigious concert halls and festivals around the world.
     The famous orchestra, which is scheduled to give a concert in Amsterdam the day before the Minsk concert, canceled the day-off in order to take part in the Bashmet festival in Minsk. The day after the concert in the capital of Belarus they will perform at their home ground at the Concertgebouw.
