HC Dinamo Minsk lost their 4th match in a row in the KHL regular season

      HC Dinamo Minsk extended their losing streak in the KHL regular season to four losing with the score 4-5 to Metallurg in Novokuznetsk on 24 September.
With eight minutes into the opening period Dinamo was trailing 0-2. Anton Lazarev and Nikita Vyglazov scored for Metallurg.
      The hosts made the best use of three out of four power plays Dinamo gave them. The second power play goal came in late in the first with Alexander Bumagin’s one-timer from the right circle. Before that it was Kitarov to score for Dinamo to make it 2:1.
       Dinamo Minsk played a bit better in the second period, having scored twice and having conceded one. The goals for Dinamo were scored by Platt and Laine. But still the guests were lagging behind – 3:4.
Dmitry Kagarlitsky’s shot from the blue line bounced off the board behind the net and went to the crease just for Metallurg defenseman Philip Metlyuk to tip it in at 48:22 for his second in the match.
       In the end of the game Dinamo’s coach Kari Heikkila took a time-out and pulled the goalie. The move resulted in a goal by Tim Stapleton some 46 seconds before the final buzzer. Unfortunately, in the remaining time Dinamo Minsk failed to equalize the score.
