"Mill of Fashion" reaches Minsk.

      The qualification round of the national fashion contest has started in the Minsk Region. The young fashion designers have to present the jury with 5 designs made with an assortment of fabrics. During the workshop they will improve their sketches together with professional designers. Afterwards the jury will select 50 best works which will advance to the penultimate round. In this round the designers will have to make a real costume from a drawing on paper.
