Душанбе, 31 августа /Синьхуа/ -- Китай, являясь одним из государств-основателей Шанхайской организации сотрудничества /ШОС/, последовательно расширяет повестку сотрудничества и вносит вклад в развитие организации. Об этом в письменном интервью Синьхуа заявил заместитель генерального секретаря ШОС Ахмад Саидмуродзода.
По его словам, созданная в 2001 году ШОС за четверть века прошла путь поступательного развития. С самого начала государства-основатели подтвердили свою приверженность целям и принципам Устава ООН и подчеркнули, что новая организация не направлена против других стран и регионов. Более того, в своей первой декларации лидеры "шестерки" заявили о готовности развивать диалог, контакты и сотрудничество в различных формах с другими государствами, а также международными и региональными организациями.
"Сегодня, спустя 25 лет, можно с уверенностью сказать, что ШОС не отошла от первоначально заявленных целей", -- сказал собеседник Синьхуа, отметив, что по совокупности территории, численности населения и экономического потенциала ШОС представляет собой крупнейшее в мире трансрегиональное объединение. На данный момент "большая семья ШОС" объединяет 27 государств, на их долю приходится примерно половина населения планеты и около четверти объема мировой экономики.
Заместитель генсека особо акцентировал ключевую роль КНР в данных процессах. "Китай как одно из государств-основателей ведет проактивную политику в рамках ШОС", -- сказал он.

По мнению А. Саидмуродзоды, все периоды председательства Китая в организации вносили весомый вклад в развитие сотрудничества в сфере региональной безопасности, торгово-экономической и культурно-гуманитарной областях, а также в повышение роли и влияния ШОС в региональных и глобальных делах.
Особое значение замгенсека придает Тяньцзиньскому саммиту ШОС, проходившему с 31 августа по 1 сентября 2025 года под председательством Китая. "Саммит открыл новую страницу в истории организации", -- отметил он.
По словам А. Саидмуродзоды, отличительными чертами Тяньцзиньского саммита стали результативность и ориентация на практические решения и договоренности. Принятые по итогам встречи документы задали важные ориентиры для дальнейшего развития ШОС.
В частности, особое значение имеет утвержденная в Тяньцзине Стратегия развития ШОС до 2035 года. "Она стала своего рода "дорожной картой", полноценным планом действий организации на предстоящее десятилетие", -- сказал А. Саидмуродзода.
Он также особо отметил предложенную председателем КНР Си Цзиньпином концепцию построения "пяти общих домов" /единства и взаимного доверия, мира и спокойствия, процветания и развития, добрососедства и дружбы, а также равноправия и справедливости -- прим. На взгляд нашего собеседника, эта концепция представляет собой важный вклад в формирование общего видения будущего и отражает стремление государств ШОС к дальнейшему углублению сотрудничества.
"Выдвинутые в ходе саммита инициативы подтвердили сохранение в организации внутренней сплоченности и способность действовать на основе "шанхайского духа", -- заключил А. Саидмуродзода.
