Finanzierung der wissenschaftlichen Arbeit und Bezahlung von Wissenschaftlern sollen in erster Linie von der Leistung abhängen. Das sagte Präsident Alexander Lukaschenko in der heutigen Besprechung zum Entwurf eines Erlasses, der auf die Verbesserung der wissenschaftlichen Tätigkeit abgezielt ist.
„Ich habe den Entwurf des Erlasses studiert und habe viele Fragen. In der letzten Besprechung mit den Mitgliedern der Nationalen Akademie der Wissenschaften im November 2025 haben wir uns darauf geeinigt, dass, wenn es um Geld geht, um Finanzierung oder Förderung, nur ein Mechanismus gilt – man bezahlt, wenn das Ergebnis vorliegt. Ohne Ergebnis gibt es keine Finanzierung oder Belohnung. Egal, wie unsere sicherlich klugen Wissenschaftler dieses Anliegen präsentieren würden“, betonte das Staatsoberhaupt.
