Wer wird in Belarus für Tourismus zuständig sein?

In Belarus wird vorgeschlagen, die Regulierungsfunktionen im Tourismusbereich vom Ministerium für Sport und Tourismus auf die Nationale Tourismusagentur zu übertragen. Diese Frage war eines der Themen der Sitzung des belarussischen Präsidenten Alexander Lukaschenko mit der Führung des Ministerrats.
 
Eines der Themen, die bei der Sitzung mit dem Präsidenten behandelt wurden, war die staatliche Verwaltung im Tourismusbereich. Der Ministerrat hat einen Erlass vorbereitet, der die Übertragung der Regulierungsfunktionen im Tourismusbereich vom Ministerium für Sport auf die Nationale Tourismusagentur vorsieht. Die Agentur soll dann direkt der Regierung unterstellt werden. „Einfach gesagt, eine neue Art Ministerium unter der Regierung zu schaffen“, bemerkte Alexander Lukaschenko. 
 
Der Staatschef lud die Führung des Ministerrats ein, um konkrete Antworten auf eine Reihe von Fragen zu erhalten. Er präzisierte, was die derzeitige Regulierungsbehörde daran hindert, die Branche effektiv zu verwalten, und was sich mit der Verabschiedung des noch nicht unterzeichneten Erlasses ändern wird.
 
„Welcher praktische Mechanismus dient der Umsetzung der erklärten Ziele: Wie und wodurch wird der heimische Tourismus neue Impulse für seine Entwicklung erhalten?“, fragte der Staatschef.
 
Der Präsident erinnerte daran, dass die Regierung für die nächsten fünf Jahre die Aufgabe hat, den Tourismus zu einem nationalen Projekt zu machen und sein wirtschaftliches Potenzial maximal auszuschöpfen. „Belarus ist (wie wir wissen) ein sehr interessantes Land für Touristen. Aber es geht nicht nur um das Interesse. Es hat sich eine Situation entwickelt (und sogar jetzt, soweit ich das in den Medien sehe), dass es heute keine freien Plätze in Hotels gibt. Und diejenigen, die sich mit Tourismus beschäftigen, sind heute voll ausgelastet. Selbst wenn sie mehr wollten, wäre das unmöglich. Aber um mehr zu erreichen, schlagen Snopkow (der erste stellvertretende Ministerpräsident Nikolai Snopkow, Anm. BelTA) und andere vor, ein neues Ministerium zu schaffen, wie ich bereits gesagt habe“, bemerkte Alexander Lukaschenko.
 
Um den Zustrom von Touristen zu erhöhen, so der Staatschef weiter, müsse die Qualität der Dienstleistungen verbessert und die Infrastruktur der Gastgewerbebranche weiter ausgebaut werden. „Ich sage es ganz unverblümt: Wenn in den Hotels Kakerlaken an den Wänden und unter den Betten krabbeln, wird kein Tourist hierherkommen. Das Niveau muss so sein, dass auch die Belarussen häufiger Urlaub in ihrem Heimatland machen. Ich denke, sie tun das auch“, fügte der Präsident hinzu.
 
In diesem Zusammenhang erkundigte sich Alexander Lukaschenko, welche konkreten wirtschaftlichen Kennzahlen die Regierung bis zum Ende des Fünfjahresplans und mittelfristig in der Branche erreichen will. Der Staatschef wies auch auf eine Reihe weiterer Fragen hin, die ein umfassenderes Verständnis der Entwicklungspläne für die heimische Tourismusbranche vermitteln.

21st June was fifth International Yoga Day observed across the world. The theme for Yoga Day 2019 was "Yoga for Climate Action”. On this day, which is dedicated to inner and outer well-being of human body, people across the world practice yoga in groups. The International Day of Yoga aims to raise awareness worldwide of the many benefits of practicing yoga, a physical, mental and spiritual practice.
