Przedsiębiorstwa obwodu Mohylewskiego powinne bardziej aktywnie korzystać z istaniejących możliwości zwiększenia eksportu. O tym powiedział podczas poszerzonego posiedzenia w Mohylewskim Obwodowym Komitecie Wykonawczym poświęconego kwestiom aktywizacji działalności zewnątrzgospodarczej starszy radca oddziału sprzyjania rozwojowi eksportu Ministerstwa Spraw Zagranicznych Białorusi Inakiencij Makuć. W posiedzeniu wzięli udział predstawiciele miejskich i rejonowych komitetów wykonawczych, czołowych przedsiębiorstw-eksporterów, Ministerstwa Spraw Zagranicznych, Ministerstwa Finansów, administracji wolnej strefy gospodarczej „Mohylew”, „Biełeksimgarant”, Białoruskiej Izby Handlowo-Przemysłowej. Według Inakiencija Makucia, przedsiębiorstwa przemysłowe, które pragną wyjść na nowe wynki zbytu produkcji poza granicami Białorusi, produkcja których jest konkurencyjną co do swej ceny i jakości, przede wszystkim powinne nauczyć się dobrze sporządzać propozycje komercyjne. „Na razie to, co otrzymuje MSZ, jest bardzo dalekie od doskonałości, i to dotyczy wszystkich regionów kraju. Więc opracowaliśmy metodykę sporządzenia takich wniosków, uwzględniając doświadczenie międzynarodowe i podstawowe wymogi, które są rozmieszczone na stronie internetowej Ministerstwa Spraw Zagranicznych”, - powiedział Inakiencij Makuć. Przedsiębiorstwa także powinne bardziej aktywnie współpracować z ambasadami w sprawie przedstawienia informacji o wytwarzanej produkcji i możliwościach eksportowych, rozwijać za granicą własne sieci handlowe, dylerskie, zakładać wspólne przedsiębiorstwa. Jednym z ważnym składników także są strony internetowe w językach obcych, poświęcone produkcji przedsiębiorstw, a także aktywny udział przedstawicieli biznesu i urzędników w wizytach biznesowych za granicę, w wystawach, tragach i tak dalej. Biznes na razie nie w pełni korzysta z istniejącego mechanizmu państwowego wspierania eksportu w planie otrzymania kredytów ulgowych, ubezpieczenia ryzyka i kontraktów eksportowych. „Powinniśmy zastanowić się nad ogólnymi ideami wyjścia białoruskiej produkcji na rynek zewnętrzny, optymizować pracę wszystkich subiektów sieci handlowej. Skupić się należy nie na ilości subiektów, lecz na jakości i wysokiej efektywności”, - podkreślił Inakiencij Makuć.
