W rudnych chwilach chwili Rosja będzie bronić Białoruś, a Białoruś zawsze jest gotowa wspierać Rosję. O tym powiedział dziennikarzom sekretarz stanu Rady Bezpieczeństwa Białorusi Aleksander Wolfowicz, informuje BELTA.
Zwrócił uwagę, że do rozpatrzenia NRP przekazano unikalny, jego zdaniem, dokument - umowę o wzajemnych gwarancjach bezpieczeństwa. "Jest to pierwszy dokument normatywny, który mówi, że dwa państwa dbają o siebie nawzajem i gwarantują sobie bezpieczeństwo w razie potrzeby, w przypadku odwołania się jednego państwa do drugiego. To bardzo ważne" - podkreślił sekretarz stanu. Wyjaśnił, że umowa o wzajemnych gwarancjach bezpieczeństwa uwzględnia postanowienia Doktryny wojskowej Rosji, w tym użycie broni jądrowej. "Mówi o tym, że w przypadku zagrożeń bezpieczeństwa dla Republiki Białorusi Federacja Rosyjska może użyć broni jądrowej w celu ochrony interesów narodowych Białorusi" - zaznaczył.
Aleksander Wolfowicz podkreślił, że istotna różnica wszystkich dokumentów Białorusi i Rosji dotyczących bezpieczeństwa od podobnych dokumentów USA i zbiorowego Zachodu polega na tym, że mają one na celu znalezienie sposobów na zneutralizowanie współczesnych wyzwań i zagrożeń oraz mają przyjazny, pokojowy charakter, nie zagrażający nikomu. Natomiast z drugiej strony kraje stawiają sobie za cel poszukiwanie winnych, wrogów i niebezpieczeństw na Wschodzie, militaryzację, zwiększenie budżetów wojskowych.
"Nie postrzegamy nikogo jako potencjalnego wroga i agresora. Ale jesteśmy gotowi bronić naszych interesów narodowych. Zarówno Rosja, jak i Białoruś zawsze opowiadały się za pokojem, przyjaznym rozwiązywaniem wszystkich problemów, wzajemnym szacunkiem dla suwerenności wszystkich państw i rozwiązywaniem zadań dla dobra naszych narodów. Kwestie rozwoju społeczno-gospodarczego, które są na Białorusi oraz w Rosji, są priorytetem, a nie kwestie agresji wojskowej, podboju obcych ziem i przejęcia obcych rynków gospodarczych" - podkreślił Aleksander Wolfowicz.
