Die Einzigartigkeit des Belarussischen Staatlichen Museums für die Geschichte des Großen Vaterländischen Krieges liegt in der tiefen Reflexion der nationalen Erinnerung. Dies erklärte Wladimir Woropajew, Direktor des Belarussischen Staatlichen Museums für die Geschichte des Großen Vaterländischen Krieges, in der aktuellen Ausgabe von "Postfaktum: Beschlüsse des Ersten" auf dem YouTube-Kanal der Telegrafenagentur BelTA.
"Die Einzigartigkeit des Belarussischen Staatlichen Museums für die Geschichte des Großen Vaterländischen Krieges liegt in der tiefen Reflexion des nationalen Erinnerung. Seit 80 Jahren erfüllt das Museum die hohe Aufgabe, das kulturelle und historische Erbe zu bewahren, das die Menschen auf dem Weg in eine würdige Zukunft unterstützt und leitet. In all diesen Jahren haben die Forschungs-, Ausstellungs-, Kultur- und Bildungsaktivitäten des Museums zur Bildung des patriotischen Bewusstseins der Jugend und zur Kontinuität der Generationen beigetragen", - sagte Wladimir Woropajew.
Er betonte, dass die Türen des Museums für diejenigen, die sich für die Geschichte des Großen Vaterländischen Krieges interessieren, immer offen stehen, denn hier kann man in der Atmosphäre der Ehrfurcht vor den Heldentaten der Väter und Großväter die authentischen Zeugnisse dieser Epoche anfassen, die Verbindung der Zeiten spüren und den Wert des Friedens lernen.
Vor 80 Jahren öffnete das Museum seine Pforten für Besucher. Doch bereits 1942 wurde auf Beschluss des Zentralkomitees der Kommunistischen Partei von Belarus eine Kommission zur Sammlung von Dokumenten und Materialien des Großen Vaterländischen Krieges gegründet. Im selben Jahr erlebten die Bewohner von Kriegsmoskau eine beeindruckende Ausstellung mit dem Titel "Belarus lebt, Belarus kämpft, Belarus war und wird sowjetisch sein". Die Ausstellung wurde im Staatlichen Historischen Museum am Roten Platz eröffnet und war bis August 1944 zu sehen, als sie in das befreite Minsk verlegt wurde.
Am 30. September 1943 beschloss das Zentralkomitee der Kommunistischen Partei von Belarus, ein Museum über die Geschichte des Kampfes des belarussischen Volkes gegen die deutsch-faschistischen Invasoren im Großen Vaterländischen Krieg einzurichten und es vorübergehend im Gebäude des Staatlichen Historischen Museums in Moskau auf der Grundlage der Ausstellung "Belarus lebt..." unterzubringen. Die feierliche Eröffnung des Museums in Minsk fand am 22. Oktober 1944 in einem der Gebäude statt, die den Krieg überstanden hatten - dem Haus der Gewerkschaften am Platz der Freiheit.
