Президент Беларуси Александр Лукашенко в Казани прибыл на саммит БРИКС в формате "аутрич/плюс", сообщает БЕЛТА.
Накануне Александр Лукашенко на площадке саммита провел ряд двусторонних переговоров с лидерами зарубежных стран (Венесуэла, Лаос и Эфиопия) и дал несколько интервью средствам массовой информации (ВВС, ВГТРК и китайский телеканал CGTN).
Стоит отметить, что вышеупомянутыми странами круг международных контактов Президента в первый день работы на саммите не ограничился. Большая часть общения с зарубежными коллегами проходила в кулуарах, "на ногах", в том числе во время состоявшегося вечером торжественного приема для участников саммита.
На фотографиях с приема видно, что Александр Лукашенко сидел за столом рядом с Президентом Азербайджана Ильхамом Алиевым и Президентом Кыргызстана Садыром Жапаровым.
На другой фотографии из кулуаров Президент Беларуси запечатлен за общением в кругу коллег из Казахстана, Таджикистана, Узбекистана и Кыргызстана.
Всего на форум собрались представители руководства более четырех десятков государств и международных организаций.
"БРИКС аутрич" - региональный формат, предполагающий привлечение к деятельности БРИКС соседей по региону государства, председательствующего в объединении. Данный формат запущен южноафриканским председательством в 2013 году.
"БРИКС плюс" - более глобальный формат, позволяющий привлекать к работе другие страны. В 2017 году Китай заложил основу формата "БРИКС плюс", выступив с инициативой формирования "круга друзей", которые бы взаимодействовали с БРИКС в постоянном режиме.
Данные форматы нацелены на привлечение развивающихся стран-единомышленников к работе объединения в целях решения стоящих на повестке дня общих проблем и задач.
Как отметил накануне в ходе торжественного приема Президент России Владимир Путин, расширенный формат "БРИКС аутрич/плюс" хорошо себя зарекомендовал и дает возможность для прямого и открытого общения членов объединения с дружественными странами. "Мы вместе рассмотрим волнующие мировое сообщество вопросы. Это и устойчивое развитие, искоренение бедности. Это и мирное урегулирование конфликтов, борьба с терроризмом и трансграничной преступностью. Адаптация к изменению климата, стабильность цепочек поставок, обмен технологиями и знаниями в самом широком смысле этого слова", - перечислил Владимир Путин повестку заседания.
Он подчеркнул, что эти темы напрямую влияют на жизнь граждан стран - участниц форума. Соответственно, необходимы и коллективные действия по этим направлениям.
В прошлом году Беларусь подала заявку на вступление в семью БРИКС.

I recently learned my surname is not Polish, but Belarusian. I heard you on shortwave in the past and am so happy to listen online in English. We hear nothing about Belarus here in the US so I am so glad to learn about your country. Keep on broadcasting in English. I also joined the Hoererklub on Facebook as I can understand German.
