Президент Беларуси Александр Лукашенко посетил агрокомбинат "Юбилейный" в Оршанском районе, где заехал на центральный машинный двор. Здесь глава государства был два года назад и дал ряд поручений по развитию этого объекта, передает БЕЛТА.
Тогда же обсудили ряд практических вопросов, включая устройство покрытия площадки, поиск оптимального решения для отопления мастерских в зимний период, чтобы было не только эффективно, но и незатратно.
Как доложил Президенту директор агрокомбината "Юбилейный" Александр Фирсин, была проведена газификация машинного двора, установили инфракрасные излучатели, сделали душевые. То есть созданы комфортные условия для работы людей и ремонта техники.
"Слушай, это ж дворец", - оценил результаты Президент.
Подобный подход использовался и при наведении порядка на другом, менее крупном машинном дворе хозяйства. К вопросу подошли не только с точки зрения эффективности, но и разумной экономии.
"Мы сами сейчас восстанавливаем ремонт автомобилей. Там диагностика вся. Вот слева дверь - там будет современная камера для покраски, - провел экскурсию руководитель хозяйства. - В этих зданиях - хранение комбайнов, всей импортной техники. На зиму все туда закрывается".
"Все под крышей", - одобрительно отметил глава государства.
Директор агрокомбината продолжил показывать и рассказывать, как много изменилось со времени предыдущего приезда главы государства: "Здесь склад. Внутри еще надо работать по косметике. Но порядок идеальный и маленькая ремонтная мастерская для электрики. Там у нас токарь".
"Понятно, для ремонта мастерские соответствующие. По-хозяйски. Все освещено", - отреагировал Президент.
Александр Фирсин рассказал, что сейчас на машинном дворе идут плановые ремонты кормоуборочной техники.
"Ну дворец, что там говорить, - дворец", - еще раз оценил результат глава государства.
Он подчеркнул, что этот опыт надо использовать и в других хозяйствах. "У него это основной машинный двор и еще два маленьких в бывших хозяйствах. Он их не развалил, огородил, привел в порядок. Там и техника может храниться какая-то. И ремонты какие-то второстепенные, мелкие, текущие. А основные мероприятия с техникой он здесь проводит (на центральном машинном дворе. - Прим. БЕЛТА), - сделал вывод белорусский лидер. - Разумно надо подойти, вот как у него. Он постепенно создавал свое хозяйство. Присоединяя что-то, добавлял. И хороший результат. Но, самое главное, есть где учиться. Поэтому взял своих директоров, привез сюда и учи их, чтобы они увидели, как надо. И помогать надо в основном - машинный двор, зерноток, комплексы. Без этого толку не будет. Это основная база".
