Совет Евразийской экономической комиссии 12 декабря одобрил разработку проекта межгосударственной программы "Евразийский электробус", сообщили БЕЛТА в промышленном блоке ЕЭК.
"Документ подготовлен по инициативе Беларуси в развитие рекомендации Совета ЕЭК от 15 февраля нынешнего года о развитии кооперационного сотрудничества стран Евразийского экономического союза при формировании и реализации проектов в области электромобилестроения", - сказали в ЕЭК.
"Главная цель межгосударственной программы - удовлетворение потребностей союзного рынка электробусов в высоколокализованной продукции, произведенной в ЕАЭС", - прокомментировал решение член Коллегии (министр) по промышленности и агропромышленному комплексу ЕЭК Артак Камалян.
По его словам, для достижения этой цели требуется решить ряд задач, в частности, обновить оборудование и создать серийное производство узлов и агрегатов для электробусов, увеличить объем выпуска таких компонентов. Предстоит также усилить компетенцию евразийских поставщиков оборудования и компонентов для электробусов, повысить уровень локализации производства субкомпонентов для них. Среди других важных задач - развитие научно-исследовательских и опытно-конструкторских компетенций в сфере производства электробусов, сокращение импортной составляющей в стоимости компонентов.
Участие в разработке и реализации проекта межгосударственной программы уже подтвердили ОАО "УКХ "Белкоммунмаш", Объединенный институт машиностроения НАН Беларуси, ОАО "МАЗ" (Беларусь), ООО "Айрон стрим" (Армения), ПАО "КАМАЗ", ООО "Рэнера" (Россия). "Это только ключевые организации, с которыми в том или ином виде обсуждалась идея разработки межгоспрограммы", - подчеркнули в ЕЭК.
Планируется, что реализация программы позволит создать технологии, материалы и устройства, которые будут способствовать успешному развитию промышленного производства в нескольких отраслях. Речь идет, например, о создании современных средств мониторинга объектов распределенной энергетики, а также средств управления ими, интеграционных систем энергетического оборудования, обеспечивающих связь различных источников малой возобновляемой и распределенной генерации, систем накопления для обеспечения энергетической и экологической безопасности и независимости государств ЕАЭС.
В Совет ЕЭК входят заместители председателей правительств пяти стран ЕАЭС. Беларусь в нем представляет вице-премьер Игорь Петришенко.
