В условиях глобальной турбулентности Китай демонстрирует образцовое лидерство. Об этом министр иностранных дел Сергей Алейник заявил на встрече высокого уровня по итогам сотрудничества в рамках Инициативы глобального развития на полях 78-й сессии Генеральной Ассамблеи ООН в Нью-Йорке, сообщает корреспондент БЕЛТА.
"В условиях нынешней глобальной турбулентности, грозящей отодвинуть на второй план Повестку дня - 2030, Китай демонстрирует образцовое глобальное лидерство, оказывая поддержку нуждающимся странам, чтобы помочь им реализовать повестку в полном объеме и в срок. Это великое видение великой державы. Именно так мы в Беларуси оцениваем Глобальную инициативу развития Китая, выдвинутую председателем КНР Си Цзиньпином два года назад. Не будет преувеличением сказать, что Китай не раз удивлял мир своими успехами", - подчеркнул Сергей Алейник.
По словам министра, мир смог достичь Целей развития тысячелетия к 2015 году во многом благодаря успеху Китая в избавлении 800 млн человек от бедности за последнее десятилетие. Аналогичным образом, именно благодаря кампании, начатой руководством Китая в 2013 году, страна полностью ликвидировала абсолютную бедность всего за 8 лет - к 2021 году.
"У нас нет никаких сомнений в том, что инициативы Китая, такие как "Пояс и путь" и Инициатива глобального развития, будут столь же успешными, как и его кампании внутреннего развития. Беларусь приветствовала запуск Глобальной инициативы развития в 2021 году и стремится воспользоваться предлагаемыми в рамках инициативы преимуществами", - обратил внимание глава внешнеполитического ведомства.
Беларусь сразу же присоединились к Группе друзей инициативы и внимательно следит за ее развитием.
Ранее в этом году республика также присоединилась к Сети Центра содействия глобальному развитию, важнейшему компоненту инициативы, который служит платформой для ее реализации.
"Уверены, что Инициатива глобального развития будет способствовать дальнейшему достижению Целей устойчивого развития, становлению многополярного мира и поможет устранить использование незаконных односторонних принудительных мер, которые серьезно препятствуют искоренению бедности, обеспечению продовольственной безопасности и затрагивают многие другие направления в рамках ЦУР", - заявил дипломат.
Инициатива глобального развития (Global Development Initiative) была объявлена лидером КНР Си Цзиньпином в сентябре 2021 года во время выступления на сессии Генеральной Ассамблеи ООН. Данная инициатива является одной из ключевых внешнеполитических инициатив Китая. Вскоре после объявления инициативы КНР начала создавать механизмы для ее реализации.
Так, еще в 2021 году создана Группа друзей инициативы, в которую сегодня входят около 60 государств. Беларусь вступила в группу в числе первых стран. В сентябре 2022 года под председательством министра иностранных дел Китая Ван И в Нью-Йорке состоялась министерская встреча Группы друзей.
В Пекине создан Центр содействия глобальному развитию и Сеть Центра содействия глобальному развитию. Последний механизм включает координаторов от стран - членов Группы друзей инициативы. В рамках инициативы начата реализация десятков проектов, главным образом в наименее развитых странах. Финансирование проектов осуществляется Китаем через два фонда в рамках ООН - Фонд мира и развития и Фонд глобального развития и сотрудничества Юг - Юг.
