ЗАО "Атлант" запустило в производство новые продукты - морозильник фармацевтического назначения и стиральную машину с технологией обработки белья паром. Данные изделия стали успешной альтернативой импортным аналогам, сообщили в пресс-службе Минпрома.
Фармацевтический морозильник МФ-7204 предназначен для использования в больницах, поликлиниках, аптечных сетях, лабораториях и ветеринарных клиниках.
Поводом для разработки и вывода на рынок фармацевтического морозильника послужили многочисленные запросы учреждений здравоохранения в адрес ЗАО "Атлант" по созданию специализированного изделия для хранения медицинских препаратов при температуре, достигающей минус 30 градусов. Перед инженерами ЗАО "Атлант" главной задачей являлось обеспечить поддержание заданной температуры в любой точке морозильного отделения, что гарантирует сохранность медицинских компонентов на протяжении долгого периода времени и обеспечивает безопасность работы системы здравоохранения на всей территории Беларуси.
Первая серийная партия уже сошла с конвейера Минского завода холодильников.
В настоящее время ЗАО "Атлант" проводит работу по усовершенствованию инновационного изделия: планируется внедрить систему мониторинга температуры внутри морозильного отделения в режиме реального времени. Такая разработка позволит медицинским работникам дистанционно отслеживать показания температуры в морозильной камере через приложение на смартфоне или компьютере. Опытный образец уже разработан и проходит испытания.
Инновационная стиральная машина 70У1214-С соответствует самым высоким ожиданиям потребителей. Разработанная технология SteamClean с применением отдельного парогенератора позволяет выводить из одежды глубоко въевшиеся загрязнения (опция "стирка с паром"), смягчать и разглаживать ткань после процесса основной стирки (опция "обработка паром") и удалять запахи из вещей без применения воды (программа "освежить").
Стиральная машина 70У1214-С соответствует высокому классу энергоэффективности А++, может стирать от 1 до 7 кг сухого белья за один раз.
Для ЗАО "Атлант" производство инновационных стиральных машин с паром является освоенным направлением. В планах - выпуск новых моделей с инверторным двигателем, повышенным классом энергоэффективности А+++, с внедрением функции удаленного управления через мобильное приложение (Wi-Fi Smart Connect).
В целом предприятия системы Министерства промышленности работу по импортозамещению проводят по следующим направлениям: реализация инвестиционных проектов, замещение и локализация импортируемой в страну продукции, сотрудничество с научными учреждениями республики, взаимодействие с малым и средним бизнесом.
Работа по импортозамещению в Минпроме осуществляется на системной основе, включая реализацию отраслевой программы по импортозамещению. В частности, за 2016-2021 годы в рамках выполнения отраслевых программ реализовано более 2 тыс. мероприятий для замещения импорта, используемого при производстве продукции. На 2023-2025 годы запланирована реализация более 1 тыс. мероприятий.
