В ежегодном Послании Президента белорусскому народу и парламенту каждому из нас будет важно услышать, как стране выстоять в условиях глобального хаоса. Таким мнением с корреспондентом БЕЛТА поделился главный врач Могилевской областной детской больницы, член Совета Республики Игорь Каско.
"Послание Президента белорусскому народу и парламенту крайне важное и значимое программное мероприятие в жизни всей страны, - сказал Игорь Каско. - Оно позволяет не только подвести определенный итог сделанному, но и ставит задачи на ближайшую перспективу, внушает уверенность в завтрашнем дне. В своих выступлениях глава государства всегда поднимает наиболее сложные и острые темы, волнующие белорусское общество. Причем это не только постановка вопроса, но и озвучивание направлений для дальнейшей работы. Ведь мало видеть проблему, надо найти конкретные пути ее решения, и в таких обращениях они четко оговариваются".
По словам Игоря Каско, ежегодное Послание можно расценивать как методическое пособие, или руководство к действию для всей вертикали государственной власти и населения страны в целом. "Посылы главы государства затрагивают все сферы жизнедеятельности нашего общества, дают мощный импульс дальнейшему развитию страны. Неудивительно, что Послание всегда вызывает активное обсуждение на всех уровнях - от высшего руководства до трудовых коллективов. Людям важно, какие вопросы войдут в насущную повестку дня и как они будут решаться. Ведь от этого напрямую зависит комфорт и благосостояние наших граждан, а также будущее нашей страны", - отметил главврач.
Член Совета Республики подчеркнул, что каждому человеку, который будет присутствовать в зале, а также смотреть прямую трансляцию или запись Послания, в первую очередь будет важно услышать, как нашей стране выстоять в условиях глобального хаоса. "Больше всего людей волнует один единственный вопрос - сохранение мира и спокойствия в нашей республике, - заострил внимание Игорь Каско. - Об этом говорят в трудовых и учебных коллективах, обсуждают с домочадцами. Основная и актуальная на сегодня тема - как стране выстоять в это неспокойное время и не скатиться в глобальный хаос, творящийся вокруг".
Вместе с тем главврач хотел бы узнать о дальнейшем развитии системы здравоохранения республики, которая сейчас проходит очередной мониторинг. "Это важная сфера жизнедеятельности людей, и ее нельзя оставить без должного внимания. Кроме того, традиционно на повестке дня ожидаются вопросы экономики, которая стоит во главе угла каждого государства. Однажды Президент подчеркнул: "Дайте мне экономику, и я обеспечу вам мир". И это тоже всем понятный и актуальный постулат. Еще одна тема - сохранение единства нации, эта задача также стоит перед нашим государством. Всем нам предстоит обсудить широкий спектр вопросов, и, уверен, по каждому из них мы получим исчерпывающие ответы", - заключил он.

I recently learned my surname is not Polish, but Belarusian. I heard you on shortwave in the past and am so happy to listen online in English.
