Китай пытается на долгий горизонт закрепить характер отношений с Беларусью и Россией Об этом в эфире телеканала ОНТ сказал востоковед, доктор исторических наук, профессор Алексей Маслов.
По словам Алексея Маслова, переговоры Президента Беларуси Александра Лукашенко и китайского лидера Си Цзиньпина неслучайно прошли до переговоров главы КНР с его российским коллегой Владимиром Путиным. "Пекин никогда не скрывает своих планов, как ни странно. Просто мы их не умеем читать между строк. На последней встрече российского и китайского лидеров неслучайно Си Цзиньпин сказал, что отношения двух стран выходят за рамки двусторонних. По сути дела, Пекину очень важно понимать, что те предложения, те идеи геополитические, которые он выдвигает, разделяются не только Россией. Они разделяются группой стран. И Беларусь в данном случае занимает немаловажную часть. Неслучайно были первоначально проведены переговоры Александра Лукашенко и Си Цзиньпина, потому что важно было, я так понимаю, выяснить напрямую отношение Беларуси, ее позицию именно по политическим вопросам. Отсюда же и экономическая повестка, это отдельный разговор", - сказал эксперт.
Беларусь - немаловажная часть того пространства, которое Китай хочет построить вокруг себя, чтобы ему было комфортно продвигать свои идеи, подчеркнул Алексей Маслов. "Кстати говоря, то же самое Китай показывает и по отношению к России. Китай пытается на долгий горизонт закрепить характер отношений. И это ценная вещь, потому что всем хочется понимать, как будут отношения развиваться через 10-15 лет", - акцентировал внимание профессор.
Визит Президента Беларуси в Пекин озадачил Соединенные Штаты. Также состоялась поездка главы КНР в Москву. Алексей Маслов отметил, что такие сигналы пугают официальный Вашингтон. "Вашингтону хотелось бы представить ситуацию совсем по-другому. Что есть единая западная коалиция со своим единым подходом, и есть разрозненные страны - Россия, Китай, Беларусь, которые могут торговать между собой, но вот политически они никогда не договорятся. Более того, мол, Китай и не собирается договариваться, потому что он слишком заносчивый, а другие страны не могут вынести такого к себе отношения", - рассказал он.
Однако, как отметил эксперт, оказалось, что страны от деклараций переходят к реальным проектам. "В данном случае говорю в том числе и о белорусско-китайских отношениях. Они не быстро, но все равно развиваются. Но самое главное - Вашингтон заботится об одной простой вещи. Если сейчас возникает глубокая военно-техническая коалиция между Россией, Беларусью и Китаем, а возможно, и другими странами, то получается, что без всякого подписания формального военного союза страны фантастическим образом по периметру укрепляют мощь гигантского региона. Неслучайно Пекин все время подчеркивает, что мы помимо двусторонних отношений развиваем отношения в рамках ШОС, БРИКС и так далее. Вот это, на мой взгляд, и начинает волновать Вашингтон, что карта мира серьезно переделывается", - подчеркнул востоковед.
