Проведение совместного летно-тактического учения авиационных подразделений вооруженных сил Беларуси и России носит сугубо оборонительный характер. Такое мнение БЕЛТА высказал эксперт в области национальной безопасности Александр Тищенко, комментируя начавшиеся 16 января белорусско-российские учения.
"Такие учения проводятся исходя из складывающейся обстановки вокруг нас. В первую очередь это связано с угрозами, возникающими со стороны Украины и Запада. Но важно отметить, что учения носят оборонительный характер. Поэтому попытки украинских властей, наших беглых и польских СМИ преподнести, что эти учения кому-то угрожают, бессмысленны, - заверил он. - Это учения по подготовке и слетности наших совместных подразделений, которые проводятся в плановом порядке".
Александр Тищенко напомнил, что западные страны в последнее время значительно увеличили военную активность и проводят большое количество мероприятий оперативной боевой подготовки. "НАТО проводило и проводит свои учения, когда хочет. И они организуются с целью наращивания концентрированной группировки возле наших границ, включая наступательные вооружения. А упрекать Беларусь в том, что она готовится нападать или предоставит свою территорию для начала нападения, - это смешно. Региональная группировка войск выполняет сугубо оборонительные задачи", - обратил внимание эксперт.
Напомним, сегодня стартовало совместное летно-тактическое учение авиационных подразделений вооруженных сил Республики Беларусь и Российской Федерации, входящих в состав авиационного компонента региональной группировки войск (сил), которое продлится до 1 февраля. Оно нацелено на повышение оперативной совместимости при выполнении учебно-боевых задач. В планах - отработка широкого спектра вопросов, включая ведение воздушной разведки, совместный патруль воздушного пространства вдоль государственной границы, авиационная поддержка группировок войск, высадка тактического воздушного десанта, а также доставка грузов и эвакуация раненых. Российскую сторону представляет воинское формирование Воздушно-космических сил. Будут задействованы все аэродромы и полигоны ВВС и войск ПВО ВС Беларуси.
