Minsk está dispuesto para trabajar con todos los países de África abiertos al diálogo de beneficio mutuo, dijo el presidente de la Cámara de Representantes, Vladímir Andréichenko, durante una reunión por videoconferencia con el presidente del Parlamento Panafricano, Fortune Charumbira, anuncia BelTA.
“Con gran placer los invitamos a usted y a la delegación del Parlamento Panafricano a visitar la República de Belarús en cualquier momento conveniente. Durante la visita podrán familiarizarse con nuestro potencial económico al visitar las empresas industrias y agrícolas, instituciones educativas, organizaciones de la salud”, notó Vladímir Andréichenko.
Según él, nuestras prioridades son el desarrollo del diálogo político, la construcción de vínculos comerciales, económicos y humanitarios. “Nuestro país estableció relaciones diplomáticas con 51 estados africanos. Belarús con socios africanos ha pasado el camino de un giro comercial anual de 158 millones de dólares estadounidenses a principios de la década de 2000 a más de 550 millones de dólares estadounidenses en 2020. Por lo tanto, Minsk está listo para trabajar con todos los países africanos que están abiertos al diálogo equitativo y mutuamente beneficioso, los proyectos de cooperación prometedores. Durante su visita a Belarús mantendremos negociaciones sustantivas sobre una mayor cooperación, incluso teniendo en cuenta nuestro interés en obtener la calidad de observador en el Parlamento Panafricano. A este respecto, me gustaría preguntar sobre el procedimiento para obtener la calidad de observador”.
“Para formar una base legal de nuestras relaciones, la parte belarusa está dispuesta para firmar un acuerdo o memorando de cooperación. También estamos dispuestos para trabajar en la formación de una delegación para la cooperación con el Parlamento Panafricano en la Asamblea Nacional de Belarús. Podrá incluir a los jefes de los Grupos de Amistad para la cooperación con los Parlamentos de los países africanos. En la Asamblea Nacional de la República de Belarús ya funcionan los grupos para la cooperación con los Parlamentos de 15 estados africanos, incluido el Parlamento de Zimbabue. Aceptamos su invitación a asistir a una de las sesiones del Parlamento Panafricano, intervenir y presentar a los colegas africanos nuestro interés en desarrollar la cooperación. Además, podremos incluir la parte comercial para que los colegas africanos tengan más oportunidades para conocer nuestro país”.
La interacción permitiría encontrar nichos para la participación de empresas belarusas en los programas de desarrollo africano previstos por la agenda de la Unión Africana para el período hasta 2063, agregó el presidente. “Estoy seguro de que la continuación de los contactos con el Parlamento Panafricano en varios formatos permitirá expandir la presencia belarusa en el continente africano”, agregó Vladímir Andréichenko.
