Министр иностранных дел Беларуси Владимир Макей рассчитывает, что предстоящий 23 ноября саммит ОДКБ в Ереване внесет решительный вклад в совершенствование организации. Об этом он заявил журналистам в преддверии межгосударственного форума на уровне лидеров стран.
"Ожидания того, что саммит этот будет результативным и встреча должна внести решительный вклад в совершенствование нашей организации. Надо добиться действительно такого состояния, чтобы ряд других интеграционных структур, организаций - региональных, международных - считались с ОДКБ. Для этого мы должны сами сделать все, чтобы внутри нашей организации господствовала корпоративная солидарность, чтобы мы поддерживали безопасность на пространстве ОДКБ. Чтобы мы действительно старались услышать друг друга, когда говорим о каких-то вещах. Претензий, к сожалению, будем откровенны, по отношению друг к другу существует достаточно много. И надо говорить об этом открыто и искренне, как это делают настоящие друзья. Только так можно добиться тех целей, которые перед собой ставишь", - сказал министр.
Учитывая, что Беларуси перейдет от Армении председательство в ОДКБ, у Владимира Макея поинтересовались подробностями о приоритетах, которые должен озвучить на саммите глава государства Александр Лукашенко.
Министр отметил, что в целом позиция Беларуси по вопросам, связанным с ОДКБ, не меняется. "Кардинальным образом ничего не меняется. Мы всегда выступали за мирное урегулирование всех споров и конфликтов. За то, что если создаешь организацию, то она должна эффективно функционировать. За то, чтобы помогать друг другу, в том числе и на международной арене, когда осуществляется необоснованное давление на ту или иную страну, чего мы, к сожалению, по отношению к Беларуси сейчас, будем откровенно говорить, не видим. Но кардинально позиция не меняется. Естественно, меняются подходы в зависимости от той ситуации, которая складывается в нашем регионе, мире в целом. Мы должны это учитывать. Мы говорим об этом открыто и откровенно. Абсолютно открыты к откровенному диалогу относительно дальнейших путей развития нашей организации", - заявил Владимир Макей.
Что касается приоритетов, глава МИД отметил, что Президент очень подробно их обозначит. "Мы постарались подготовить их таким образом, чтобы внести решительный вклад в течение предстоящего года в совершенствование всех сфер деятельности нашей организации", - поделился подробностями министр.
Отвечая на вопрос БЕЛТА о том, не проходит ли в настоящее время ОДКБ через кризисный период, учитывая в том числе целый ряд локальных военных конфликтов, в которые вовлечены участники организации, министр сказал: "Любая организация наверняка подвержена определенным кризисам в зависимости от развития международной обстановки, ситуации в том или ином регионе. Я бы не сказал, что организация переживает какие-то кризисные времена, но есть определенные проблемные моменты, о которых мы должны говорить откровенно. Хоть я и представляю внешнеполитическое ведомство, но если мы будем говорить дипломатическим языком о существующих проблемах в данной ситуации, то мы ни к каким положительным результатам не придем. Поэтому надо обсуждать те проблемные вопросы, которые существуют, и пытаться найти концепцию для их решения".
