Безвизовый режим, введенный в этом году в Беларуси для граждан Литвы, Латвии и Польши, подвергается критике со стороны правительств этих стран, которые для своих граждан, желающих побывать в Синеокой, вводят ограничительные меры. Об этом первый заместитель председателя Государственного пограничного комитета Республики Беларусь Игорь Буткевич сообщил во время встречи представителей силового блока с трудовым коллективом ОАО "Нафтан" и активом Новополоцка.
Игорь Буткевич отметил, что безвизовый режим стал для правительств стран Балтии раздражающим фактором и они развернули широкую информационную кампанию по дискредитации белорусского безвиза. "Принимаются строгие ограничительные меры, в том числе по отношению к своим гражданам. Так, руководством Литвы и Латвии для препятствования выезду своих граждан в Беларусь введен ряд ограничений: пересечение границы один раз в семь дней и сумма 60 евро. Государственными страховыми компаниями Литвы прекращена выдача зеленых карт, необходимых для посещения Беларуси. Также проводится постоянное информирование граждан о риске стать объектом провокационной деятельности со стороны белорусских спецслужб", - рассказал первый замглавы Госпогранкомитета.
Говоря об обстановке на границе Беларуси, он подчеркнул, что ситуация остается контролируемой и прогнозируемой. В соседних европейских странах на госрубеже со своей стороны строят заградительные стены, по их официальной версии, для сдерживания нелегальных мигрантов и беженцев. При этом продолжаются попытки насильственного вытеснения пересекающих границу мигрантов на территорию Беларуси. Белорусские пограничники за все время не закрыли ни одного международного пункта пропуска, тогда как работа таких пунктов в Польше, Литве и Латвии вызывает постоянные многодневные очереди.
Что касается украинской границы, то здесь ситуация складывается непростая. Белорусские пограничники делают все возможное, чтобы предотвратить нарушения на этом рубеже. Со своей стороны украинские власти запретили, например, жителям приграничных населенных пунктов собирать дикоросы на территории нашей страны. За это предусмотрено наказание вплоть до уголовного.

I recently learned my surname is not Polish, but Belarusian. I heard you on shortwave in the past and am so happy to listen online in English.
