Конференция ШОС по развитию медицинского и фармацевтического сотрудничества, совместно организуемая Китайским Комитетом ШОС по добрососедству, дружбе и сотрудничеству, Секретариатом ШОС, Посольством Республики Узбекистан в КНР и Китайской ассоциацией фармацевтических инноваций и научно-исследовательских разработок, прошла 8 сентября 2022 года в Пекине (КНР).
Участники и организаторы Конференции провели углубленные обсуждения и достигли консенсуса по широкому спектру вопросов на тему «Укрепление фармацевтической кооперации во имя общего здравоохранения».
В целях наращивания совместных усилий для укрепления фармацевтической кооперации и во имя прекрасного будущего человечества, организаторы Конференции призвали:
- уделять повышенное внимание взаимодействию государств-членов, государств-наблюдателей и партнеров по диалогу ШОС в области фармацевтики с участием правительств и предприятий, руководствоваться «Шанхайским духом», олицетворяющим принципы взаимного доверия, взаимной выгоды, равенства, консультаций, уважения к многообразию культур и стремления к всеобщему развитию, укреплять сплоченность и доверие, расширять практическую кооперацию и развивать тесные контакты в совместном противодействии вызовам во имя прекрасного будущего человечества;
- оказывать поддержку в укреплении взаимодействия по вопросам фармацевтического контроля, активно содействовать формированию более эффективной модели взаимовыгодного сотрудничества по разработке лекарственных средств и медицинского оборудования в рамках ШОС, стимулировать международную кооперацию по лицензированию производства лекарственных средств и осуществлению контроля, способствовать взаимному признанию результатов контроля по приоритетным продуктами и отраслям во имя общего здравоохранения;
- поддерживать идею создать в рамках ШОС площадку развития сотрудничества в области фармацевтики для демонстрации инновационных достижений и новых возможностей, презентации новых, обладающих большим клиническим значением лекарственных средств. Создать благоприятные условия для взаимного допуска соответствующих с общепризнанными стандартами лекарственных препаратов на рынок другой стороны для удовлетворения клинических потребностей. Поддерживать расширение и углубление межгосударственной коперации и обмена в области фармацевтики в рамках Организации.
Организаторы Конференции едины во мнении о том, что необходимо совместно создать площадку взаимодействия между контрольными органами стран участниц ШОС в области фармацевтики для консолидированного развития фармацевтики в странах ШОС в плоскости углубления глобального сотрудничества в области здравоохранения. Стороны готовы прилагать объединенные усилия на повышение уровня здравоохранения и благосостояния народов наших стран во благо здорового и прекрасного будущего человечества.
