China avanza con seguridad hacia el liderazgo tecnológico en el siglo XXI. Esta opinión la expresó el copresidente del comité intergubernamental para la cooperación belaruso-chino, primer vice primer ministro de Belarús, Nikolái Snopkov, el 2 de junio durante el Foro Juvenil de Ciencia, Tecnología e Innovación de la Organización de Cooperación de Shanghái (OCS) en formato de videoconferencia, anuncia BelTA.
Nikolái Snopkov subrayó la importancia de este foro destinado al desarrollo de los países de la OCS, incluso teniendo en cuenta el componente juvenil. Llamó la atención a la necesidad de crear condiciones para la autorrealización de los jóvenes, así como la implementación de iniciativas juveniles.
“Es profundamente simbólico que Shenzhen, una de las capitales innovadoras de China, fue elegida como sede del Foro Juvenil de Ciencia, Tecnología e Innovación de la OCS. Shenzhen – una ciudad absolutamente nueva, creada después del comienzo de la política de reformas y apertura, es una excelente interpretación del socialismo con particularidad china. Esta es la evaluación más alta otorgada por el presidente de la República Popular China, Xi Jinping, en la celebración del 40º aniversario de la creación de la Zona Económica Especial de Shenzhen. Durante este tiempo su PIB creció 10 000 veces”, notó Nikolái Snopkov.
El copresidente del comité intergubernamental para la cooperación belaruso-chino expresó la opinión que “hoy China avanza con seguridad hacia el liderazgo tecnológico en el siglo XXI”. Según él, esto les da a todos los países de la Organización de Cooperación de Shanghái la seguridad de que la soberanía política y económica no contradice el desarrollo tecnológico conjunto.
Nikolái Snopkov aseguró que la República de Belarús está dispuesta para compartir abiertamente los logros de los jóvenes, participando activamente en los intercambios científicos y tecnológicos juveniles en el marco de la Organización de Cooperación de Shanghái. Expresó la seguridad de que muchos de los proyectos presentados por nuestros jóvenes compatriotas como parte de esta iniciativa serán interesantes para sus coetáneos de otros países de la OCS, estados observadores y socios de diálogo de esta organización. Estos proyectos podrán servir a la implementación de las metas y objetivos en el campo de la política juvenil, el desarrollo de la ciencia y la tecnología, la promoción de la innovación, que establece la Organización de Cooperación de Shanghái.
“Contamos con la participación activa de los jóvenes científicos en el trabajo en la formación de un grupo de parques tecnológicos de la OCS, que tienen como objetivo desarrollar los sectores científico, educativo e industrial en los países de la organización. Belarús está lista para unirse a la implementación práctica de las ideas propuestas”, aseguró el primer vicepremier belaruso.
