ОАО "Беларуськалий" в условиях западных санкций рассчитывает на рост производства и наращивает поставки в Китай. Об этом рассказал журналистам генеральный директор ОАО "Беларуськалий" Иван Головатый.
"Безусловно, мы сегодня работаем с учетом внешних факторов, которые обусловлены введенными санкциями и для Республики Беларусь, и непосредственно для предприятия. Конечно, непросто. Потому что периодически необходимо решать новые задачи. Но при этом мы обеспечиваем производство в тех объемах, которые востребованы на рынке, которые возможно направить нашим покупателям. В частности, с декабря 2021 года ведется работа по отправке калийных удобрений контейнерными поездами в Китай. С каждым месяцем количество поездов увеличивается. Сегодня в том числе строятся новые фасовочные линии, чтобы товар упаковать в контейнеры и отправить. Планируется в ближайшее время нарастить и отправлять не менее трех контейнерных поездов в Китай", - сказал Иван Головатый.
Он рассказал, что в рамках тех планов, которые имеются по производству, корректируется работа отдельных рудоуправлений. В том числе меняются и графики работы.
"Стараемся работать именно эффективно. Потому что, выполняя те объемы, которые сегодня необходимы, в том числе принимается ряд мер, чтобы работать экономно. Поэтому меняются и графики работы рудников. Самое главное, что есть время и возможность для проведения плановых работ на предприятии в рамках остановочного ремонта. На протяжении последних двух лет был интенсивный режим работы и не было возможности реализовать те проекты, идеи, которые уже были разработаны, доведены практически до финала, но необходима была остановка производства", - отметил Иван Головатый.
Он привел пример, что третье рудоуправление буквально на днях вышло из большого остановочного ремонта, который продолжался три недели. При этом проведены значительные работы. "Мы провели не просто ремонт оборудования. В рамках модернизации мощность двух линий увеличилась на 30%, а в целом, если брать по рудоуправлению, увеличение производства составило около 10%", - подчеркнул Иван Головатый.
Проведены работы и по второму рудоуправлению. "Замена скипов. Потому что когда мы еще в 2009 году вводили Краснослободский рудник, проектная мощность составляла 6 млн т. В процессе работы мы достигли уже результата 8,5 млн т добычи руды в год. И вот с учетом этих работ (замены скипов), думаю, что цифра в 10 млн т добычи руды после начала интенсивной работы будет достигнута", - рассказал генеральный директор.
"Все работы, которые проводятся, безусловно, в ближайшей перспективе приведут к росту производства на предприятии", - заявил Иван Головатый.
Он также подчеркнул, что отечественные калийные удобрения поставляются в более чем 130 стран. "Для нас выгоден и эффективен каждый рынок. Каждый рынок своеобразный и требует к себе и уважения, и индивидуального подхода. Белорусская калийная компания тем и отличается, что мы уважаем своего клиента и стараемся обеспечить максимальный комфорт, чтобы предоставить полный комплекс услуг по поставке калийных удобрений", - резюмировал руководитель предприятия.
