Председатель правления республиканского государственно-общественного объединения "Белорусское общество "Знание" Вадим Гигин в эфире YouTube-канала "Главный. Тур" высказал свое мнение о возможности раздела Украины и перспективах сохранения государственности этой страны, сообщает БЕЛТА.
"Я не вижу пока таких политических возможностей (раздела Украины. - Прим. БЕЛТА). То, что Украина не сохранится в тех границах, в которых она есть сейчас, что политический строй Украины изменится (можем говорить о федерации, децентрализации), - это очевидно. Это произойдет. Неизбежны изменения, принятие новой Конституции. Это и статус русского языка, и целый ряд идеологических изменений. Это в любом случае произойдет по итогам спецоперации. Но когда мы говорим о каких-то разделах, в разделе должны участвовать несколько сторон. Их сейчас нет", - сказал Вадим Гигин.
Он также напомнил о заявлениях Президента России Владимира Путина: "Он сказал: мы не приходим как оккупанты, мы не создаем угрозу в принципе украинской государственности". "Поэтому те, кто считает, что вообще исчезнет (Украина. - Прим. БЕЛТА), Польша займет Галицию… Думаю, это фантомные планы", - считает эксперт.
По его словам, НАТО сознательно создавало Украину как серую зону, чтобы свои войска туда не направлять. "Действительно, есть такие горячие головы в Польше и Прибалтике, которые готовы пойти до конца. Хоть спровоцировать ядерную войну. Но у них есть хозяева, не они решают. Ничего им этого сделать не дадут, - сказал Вадим Гигин. - То, что на каком-то этапе Польша, может быть, введет свои войска, - это я не исключаю. Но это ни в коем случае не будет означать политического раздела Украины".
Эксперт также отметил, что не стоит в данном случае переоценивать "националистический угар", в котором пребывают многие украинские граждане, ведь массовое политическое сознание людей в этой стране довольно мобильно. "Другой вопрос - что делать с Западной Украиной. Вот это вопрос достаточно серьезный в принципе, если мы говорим о денацификации, демилитаризации всей страны. Эти вопросы обсуждаются", - заметил Вадим Гигин.
Он полагает, что и в Москве еще не все ответы на эти вопросы существуют. "То, что мы можем думать, предполагать, - да, есть разные варианты. Они обсуждаются в ходе переговоров, которые идут, они дискутируются по закрытым каналам, существующим до сих пор между Вашингтоном и Москвой. Нужно отметить, что в них участвуют не только Россия и США", - сказал руководитель общества "Знание".
Вадим Гигин уточнил, что в этой дискуссии по Украине кроме России и США участвует довольно серьезно Турция, все большую инициативу в соответствующих вопросах проявляет Китай. А вот Германия, Франция или Польша в этом процессе не участвуют.
"Будущее Украины в данном случае является предметом и объектом международной дискуссии. А это худшее, что может произойти с государственностью страны. В Беларуси такого нет. Будущее нашей государственности не является предметом международной дискуссии. Это огромное достижение", - добавил Вадим Гигин.
