Председатель Совета Республики Наталья Кочанова встретилась с делегацией Совета Федерального собрания Российской Федерации по подготовке и проведению ІХ Форума регионов Беларуси и России.
"Мы собрались сегодня для того, чтобы обсудить очень важное мероприятие - IX Форум регионов Беларуси и России, который традиционно проводят Совет Республики Национального собрания Беларуси и Совет Федерального собрания России. Наши коллеги приехали к нам, чтобы обсудить все нюансы, возможные вопросы по подготовке этого мероприятия, которое стало традиционным. Сегодня уже состоялось заседание организационного комитета, где был рассмотрен ряд вопросов по подготовке и проведению форума", - сказала Наталья Кочанова.
По ее словам, планируется, что в этом году форум пройдет в очном формате в конце июня в Гродно. "Ничто не мешает нам его провести. Определены дата, места для проживания участников и проведения секций, их тематика", - обратила внимание спикер верхней палаты.
"Кроме того, у нас намечается еще одно очень важное политическое мероприятие, которое, надеюсь, ляжет на душу всем и станет традиционным, - "Поезд Победы". Это событие будет интегрировано в Форум регионов. Десятиклассники из двух стран вместе проедут по знаковым местам, где шли бои в Великую Отечественную войну, белорусским и российским городам. Старт этой акции будет дан 22 июня - в значимый для нашей страны день", - добавила Наталья Кочанова.
"Мы все замечаем, какое беспрецедентное давление оказывается сегодня на Беларусь и Россию. Нас этим не напугать, и подтверждением тому предстоящий Форум регионов. В этом году особую актуальность приобретает развитие нашего интеграционного сотрудничества между регионами двух стран, перед которыми открываются большие возможности", - подчеркнул председатель Комитета Совета Федерации по федеративному устройству, региональной политике, местному самоуправлению и делам Севера Андрей Шевченко.
Так, в ближайшие месяцы в Беларусь планируется приезд делегаций ряда российских регионов, в том числе из Пензенской и Воронежской областей. "Очень важно до самого форума провести деловые встречи, в том числе предпринимателей, для которых это даст новый толчок к развитию", - рассказал Андрей Шевченко.
"Планируется большое количество участников - около 250 с каждой стороны. Кроме того, форум не закрыт для участия любого бизнеса. У нас будет шесть тематических секций, которые тесно интегрированы в 28 союзных программ, принятых главами государств. В условиях кощунственной санкционной политики коллективного Запада и США мы можем сделать серьезный шаг в области импортозамещения, объединив усилия. Так, будут подниматься вопросы, связанные с промышленностью, агропромышленным сектором, развитием сферы образования, новациями и инвестициями. На сегодня у нас имеется в проработке на подписание около 60 соглашений между регионами", - добавил председатель Постоянной комиссии Совета Республики по региональной политике и местному самоуправлению Михаил Русый.
Форум регионов Беларуси и России проводится ежегодно под эгидой Совета Республики Национального собрания Беларуси и Совета Федерации Федерального собрания России. В этом году тема IХ Форума регионов - "Роль межрегионального сотрудничества в углублении интеграционных процессов в рамках Союзного государства".

I recently learned my surname is not Polish, but Belarusian. I heard you on shortwave in the past and am so happy to listen online in English.
