“总统一再表达我们国家的立场：在斯拉夫国家的背景下，我们认为自己是兄弟，但是有时兄弟不像兄弟。一个简单的例子是瑞安航空公司飞机降落的事情。欧盟还没有来得及关闭领空，我们的兄弟是第一个关闭领空的。对“白俄罗斯钾肥”的制裁——只有波罗的海国家拒绝通过铁路、港口运输，乌克兰立即关闭了敖德萨的港口、铁路交通线。兄弟之间的关系应该是兄弟般的，而不是概念上的，-奥列格·别洛科涅夫说。-人们已经死了八年，受尽了屈辱。他们很自然地允许纳粹主义，法西斯分子为所欲为。也许，正如他们所说，他们已经越过了红线。无论如何，战争或者是俄罗斯联邦正在进行的特殊行动，并不总是解决问题的方法。也许，已经没有其他方式了。
