En el Aeropuerto Nacional Minsk se celebró una entrevista empresarial de la delegación venezolana con la administración del sector de aviación de Belarús. Lo comunicaron a BelTA en el servicio de prensa del Aeropuerto Nacional Minsk.
Liderados por el viceministro de Transporte Aéreo de Venezuela y presidente de la línea aérea Conviasa Ramón Velázquez a las negociaciones en Minsk llegaron el presidente del Instituto Nacional de Aeronáutica Civil de Venezuela (INAC) Juan Teixeira, gerente general de Seguridad Aeronáutica del INAC Víctor Palacios, gerente general de Transporte Aéreo INAC Anira Padrón y otros. Además, la entrevista la presenciaron el Embajador de Venezuela en Belarús, Franklin Ramírez Araque, y otros representantes de la misión diplomática.
Durante la entrevista se discutieron los asuntos de lanzamiento del transporte aéreo de pasajeros y cargas entre Venezuela y Belarús. Sobre las posibilidades, actividad y perspectivas del Aeropuerto Nacional Minsk y Belavia relataron sus dirigentes. En el trascurso de las negociaciones la parte venezolana presentó la compañía aérea Conviasa (líder de la aviación civil de Venezuela y mayor operador aéreo del país). La flota de la compañía dispone de casi treinta aviones de marcas europeas y americanas.
Ramón Velázquez aseguró de que, a pesar del frío y la nieve, habían sentido la calidez y la hospitalidad belarusas. Entre Belarús y Venezuela hay unos 12 mil kilómetros. Por eso, la meta esencial es unir a los pueblos de Belarús y Venezuela con ayuda de un puente aéreo. Según sus palabras, es la tarea que recibieron del Presidente de Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro. Agregó que la compañía Conviasa está dispuesta para realizar los vuelos de pasajeros y cargas a Belarús. Actúa en el mercado a partir de 2004, su flota puede volar a distancias cortas, medianas y largas. Ramón Velázquez destacó que su tarea es desarrollar los vuelos a larga distancia, también establecer relaciones de hermanos.
Según los resultados de las negociaciones, las partes firmaron el memorando de entendimiento. Acorde con las palabras de Franklin Ramírez Araque, la parte venezolana espera que el lanzamiento de la comunicación aérea favorezca el desarrollo del sector turístico de dos países, los envíos de las mercancías venezolanas a Belarús y viceversa, también el refuerzo de las relaciones de hermanos.
“Próximamente esperamos que los vuelos de cargas desde los dos países sean regulares y Belarús se convierta en uno de los puntos de promoción conjunta de nuestras mercancías incluso en los terceros países. Sabemos que Venezuela está enfrentando ciertas sanciones de los Estados Unidos al igual que la República de Belarús. Es lo que nos obliga a buscar resoluciones nuevas para los problemas logísticos, mientras que nuestros países pueden con estos retos”, comentó la situación el director del Departamento de Aviación del Ministerio de Transportes y Comunicaciones, Artiom Sikorski.
Hoy en día el proyecto de cooperación pasó a los organismos estatales para el futuro acuerdo y pronto será listo para la firma entre los Gobiernos de dos países.
