据他介绍，此类会议可以向国际组织秘书处的领导层传达白俄罗斯的立场。 尤里·安布拉泽维奇说：“我们利用最近一次与领导人的会晤向这些组织和领导人传达了外交部长弗拉基米尔·马克伊的政策信息。国际组织秘书处的领导层没有对白俄罗斯提出任何关于我国违反了任何国际法规的指控，包括我国的立法。”
尤里·安布拉泽维奇说：“目前波兰、立陶宛和拉脱维亚在难民制度和庇护权领域违反国际法的背景下，其他欧盟国家每天继续接收数百甚至数千名难民。因此，在布鲁塞尔的欧盟委员会官员，他们的立场是，一方面呼吁遵守难民工作领域的国际义务，另一方面，他们对波兰、立陶宛、拉脱维亚的明显违规行为表现出他们自己的团结，这至少可以说是两面性的。
