Объемы внешней торговли Беларуси с Соединенными Штатами и странами ЕС растут рекордными темпами. Беларусь не только "отбила" потери прошлого года, но и значительно превысила докризисные объемы экспорта. Это произошло на фоне санкционной войны, которую Запад объявил Беларуси. Об этом пишет эксперт аналитического портала RuBaltic Алексей Ильяшевич.
Свежие данные Белстата показывают, что подорвать экономические опоры "режима Лукашенко" у Запада не получается от слова "совсем". В сентябре Беларусь уже точно должна была почувствовать всю мощь санкционного давления. Но в этом месяце страна экспортировала товаров на $3,6 млрд. Это примерно на $900 млн больше, чем за сентябрь прошлого года, когда никаких санкции еще не было, отмечает эксперт.
Экспорт Беларуси в страны СНГ в сентябре этого года увеличился на $524 млн. А еще $382 млн - это рост экспорта в остальные страны, в том числе европейские.
Если мы возьмем данные за девять месяцев этого года, то увидим просто поразительную картину, отмечает Алексей Ильяшевич. Поставки белорусской продукции в Германию выросли более чем в два раза - на 105%. В Италию - почти на 70%, в Латвию - на 92%, в Литву - на 41%, в Польшу - на 74%, в Эстонию - на 77%, в Соединенные Штаты - на 187%, в Нидерланды - в 5 раз.
Импорт товаров made in Belarus наращивают все без исключения страны, которые лоббировали антибелорусские санкции.
За январь - сентябрь Беларусь заработала на торговле с Германией почти столько же, сколько за весь 2019 год, когда еще не было ни санкций, ни коронавируса. Точно такая же ситуация наблюдается и по другим западным странам. К примеру, экспорт в Литву за 2020 год сократился всего лишь на 3%, а за девять месяцев этого года вырос на 41%. Польша - падение на 3%, а потом рост 74%. Латвия - падение на 22%, рост на 92%.
"Особенная статистика внешней торговли Беларуси и США. Беглые противники возлагали большие надежды на победу Джо Байдена во время прошлогодних выборов (Трампа их проблемы вообще не волновали). И что произошло, когда хозяином Белого дома стал самый демократичный в мире президент? За январь - сентябрь Беларусь нарастила поставки товаров в США почти в 3 раза! Складывается впечатление, что американцы включили для Лукашенко не санкционный режим, а режим максимального благоприятствования", - отмечает Алексей Ильяшевич.
По данным Белстата, в стоимостном выражении белорусский экспорт в Штаты за девять месяцев составил $362 млн. Это почти в два раза больше, чем за весь доковидный 2019 год. За последние десять лет белорусский экспорт в США ни разу не достигал отметки в $300 млн (максимум - $270 млн в 2018 году). Таким образом, Америка ударными темпами скупает белорусские товары.
Пожалуй, единственная западная страна, которая реально сворачивает торговлю с Беларусью, это Великобритания. В 2019 году она импортировала белорусские товары на сумму $2,3 млрд, в 2020 году - на $800 млн, а за девять месяцев этого года - всего на $190 млн. Но потери на британском рынке Беларуси с лихвой компенсируют американцы, немцы, голландцы и прочие европейцы.
"Как бы парадоксально это ни звучало, сейчас Лукашенко может сказать Западу спасибо за санкции против Беларуси. Положительный эффект от них исчисляется миллиардами. Если быть точным, за январь - сентябрь 2021 года белорусский экспорт в страны ЕС вырос почти на $3,5 млрд (или на 96%)", - заключает эксперт.
