В Беларуси к 2030 году предусмотрено создание более 1300 электрозарядных станций, сообщил заместитель премьер-министра Юрий Назаров во время совместного заседания Палаты представителей и Совета Республики в Овальном зале Дома правительства, передает корреспондент БЕЛТА.
В настоящее время электрозарядная сеть представлена 486 станциями, до конца 2021 года будет 600 станций, из них половина быстрозарядных. "К 2030 году предусмотрено создание более 1300 электрических заправочных станций. Предполагается также установка 25 супербыстрых электрозарядных комплексов в областных городах, Минске и на основных автомагистралях ", - сказал Юрий Назаров. Он добавил, что в этом году "Белоруснефть" реализует пилотный проект по строительству супербыстрого зарядного комплекса в Минске в районе разворотного кольца "Брилевичи" по ул. Наполеона Орды.
Юрий Назаров подчеркнул, что правительством утверждена программа создания государственной сети для зарядки электромобилей, принят указ "О стимулировании использования электромобилей". Предусматривается ряд налоговых льгот и преференций как для физических, так и юридических лиц. На прошлой неделе обсуждены у Президента изменения в данный указ, которые были поддержаны главой государства.
"Для стимулирования покупки электромобилей и зарядных станций предлагается расширить категории транспортных средств - к легковым электромобилям добавлен пассажирский и грузовой транспорт. Отменить "сквозной" НДС на всей цепочке - от производства, ввоза до приобретения электромобилей, в которой будут задействованы юридические лица и граждане. Освободить производителей электромобилей от уплаты НДС при ввозе не производимых в республике автокомпонентов для них. В результате мы приблизим цену на электромобиль к стоимости автомобиля с ДВС, что делает его конкурентоспособным для покупателя, - отметил вице-премьер.- Что касается зарядных станций, предлагается действующую льготу, а это 100-процентный инвестиционный вычет, применять не только на само зарядное устройство, но и на полную стоимость зарядной станции с учетом затрат по установке. Эффект для потребителя - увеличение инвествычета до 3 раз. Определен единый оператор по созданию государственной зарядной сети - производственное объединение "Белоруснефть".
