Alle fair zu behandeln ist die wichtigste Forderung an das Bildungssystem. Der belarussische Präsident Alexander Lukaschenko kündigte das heute bei der Besprechung über rechtliche Verbesserungen des nationalen Bildungssystems an.
Der Staatschef wies darauf hin, dass sich die Welt sehr schnell verändere und das nationale Bildungssystem zeitnah angepasst werden sollte. "Und meine Hauptforderung wäre eine faire Behandlung, die Gewährleistung gleicher Bildungschancen für alle. Es gibt nichts zu tun, was die Fairness anbetrifft. Dies sind die ersten Schritte unserer zukünftigen Bürger und Bürgernennen. Daher sollten diese ersten Schritte fair und gerecht sein, in einer Atmosphäre der Ehrlichkeit und Fairness gemacht werden", betonte Alexander Lukaschenko.
Der Präsident erklärte, dass er gerne den Standpunkt aller Teilnehmenden der Besprechung betreffend vorgeschlagenen Neuerungen hören würde. Nicht weniger wichtig sei die Frage, wie gut das belarussische Bildungssystem auf die neuen Ansätze und der Zulassungsregeln vorbereitet sei. "Was bieten diese neuen Ansätze dem Land, den Schülern und den Lehrkräften an? Wäre das nicht eine Innovation um der Innovation willen? Ich würde zum Beispiel gerne mehr über das nationale Staatsexamen und die Ausbau der Zielausbildung hören. Wird bei diesem Ansatz das von mir oben genannte Gerechtigkeitsprinzip gewährleistet?“, stellte das Staatsoberhaupt die Frage.
Alexander Lukaschenko wies darauf hin, dass es wichtig sei, die Gelegenheit nicht zu verpassen, alle Studiumbewerbenden hinter diesen Veränderungen zu sehen. "Lassen wir beschließen, wie die Bewerbenden zum Universitätsstudium zugelassen werden sollen: Entweder wir behalten das derzeitige System bei, was am einfachsten ist, oder wir werden es grundlegend modernisieren. Das Einzige, was mich stört, ist, dass nicht immer die Menschen hinter diesen zentralisierten Prüfungen zu sehen sind. Das ist zu befürchten“, vertritt der Präsident die Ansicht.
"Ich möchte Sie alle zu einem offenen Dialog anregen, denn im Bildungssystem gibt es keine Einzelheiten. Es ist so, dass wir keine Fehler mehr machen dürfen. Das System prägt unter anderem die Wirtschaftsentwicklung eines Landes und seine Widerstandsfähigkeit gegenüber globalen Herausforderungen. Und das ist schon eine Frage der nationalen Sicherheit. Und wiederholt noch ein Mal: Die Schule sollte eine Schule bleiben. Das ist ein Tempel. All dies sollte im Gesetzbuch seinen Niederschlag finden“, so der Staatschef.
