在他看来，北约东扩、外部强加的颜色革命以及西方集体修改二战结果的企图，是一条导致世界走向灾难的路。
“我们议员不能允许这种情况发生。武力不可能长期公正地解决具有国际性的问题。否则，世界将被武力所主导，而不是法律的力量。白俄罗斯作为联合国的联合创始人，非常重视遵守国际法的基本原则。它保证每个国家都有机会根据本国人民的意愿选择政治、社会、经济和文化制度。议长说：“我们对白俄罗斯共和国总统倡议的‘举行广泛的国际对话以恢复信任和加强安全’寄予厚望。我们希望你们能支持它的实施，其中包括解决诸如打击所有类型的现代奴隶制、人口贩运和非法贩毒等问题。”
弗拉基米尔·安德烈琴科表示，根据联合国全球反恐战略，白俄罗斯提议积极制定明确的方法，打击互联网上一切形式的恐怖主义。为了实现同样的目标，白俄罗斯国家元首还提出建立“数字睦邻区”的倡议。
