Заседание Совета глав государств - членов Шанхайской организации сотрудничества пройдет 10 ноября в формате видеоконференции под председательством президента России Владимира Путина, сообщили в пресс-службе Кремля. "Заседание пройдет в открытом режиме, предусматривается интернет-трансляция на официальном сайте российского председательства, - отметили в пресс-службе. - Саммит откроет и будет вести президент России. Предусматриваются выступления глав государств-членов, государств-наблюдателей и доклады руководителей постоянных органов ШОС - генерального секретаря ШОС и директора исполнительного комитета Региональной антитеррористической структуры ШОС. Участникам заседания будет продемонстрировано видеообращение Генерального секретаря ООН". Планируется, что главы государств обсудят шаги по дальнейшему совершенствованию деятельности ШОС в рамках реализации стратегии развития ШОС до 2025 года. В центре внимания лидеров также - развитие сотрудничества по приоритетным направлениям: безопасность и борьба с терроризмом, экономика, гуманитарные связи, преодоление политических и социально-экономических последствий пандемии коронавируса. Традиционно важное значение будет иметь координация действий государств ШОС по региональным проблемам, прежде всего по Афганистану, странам Ближнего Востока. Участники саммита подтвердят необходимость развития межцивилизационного диалога, расширения связей в образовательно-просветительской, научно-технической, культурно-гуманитарной и туристической областях, что будет способствовать дальнейшему укреплению отношений добрососедства, дружбы и сотрудничества. Ожидается, что лидеры объявят Год культуры Шанхайской организации сотрудничества в рамках празднования 20-летия ШОС в 2021 году. Главным итоговым документом саммита станет московская декларация. В ней будут отражены согласованные подходы по широкому кругу вопросов глобальной и региональной повестки дня. Планируется принять план действий на 2021-2025 годы по реализации стратегии развития ШОС до 2025 года, который определяет основные направления практической работы по углублению многопрофильного сотрудничества в рамках объединения. Также будет одобрен ряд заявлений Совета глав государств ШОС по различным направлениям деятельности организации, в частности, в связи с 75-летием Победы во Второй мировой войне, в сфере цифровой экономики и о совместном противодействии новой коронавирусной инфекции.
