Беларусь очень хочет иметь хорошие отношения с Казахстаном, прежде всего экономические. Об этом Президент Беларуси Александр Лукашенко заявил сегодня на встрече с премьер-министром Казахстана Аскаром Маминым, передает БЕЛТА.
"Что касается наших отношений, я хочу просто заверить вас, что цели, которые мы поставили во время визитов сюда Нурсултана Абишевича (первого Президента Казахстана Нурсултана Назарбаева. - Прим. БЕЛТА), Касым-Жомарта Токаева (нынешнего Президента Казахстана. - Прим. БЕЛТА), мы свято будем блюсти. Мы обязательно реализуем все, что от нас зависит. Если только правительство Казахстана в этом направлении будет двигаться, вы от нас получите всегда самые позитивные шаги. Мы очень хотим иметь хорошие отношения с Казахстаном, прежде всего экономические. Потому что это - база", - подчеркнул белорусский лидер.
Он отметил, что у стран во взаимоотношениях нет проблем в политике, военно-политическом отношении. "Экономика тоже у нас без проблем. Но тот товарооборот, который мы имеем, - не для наших экономик, особенно для Казахстана, - уверен белорусский лидер. - То, что мы производим, нужно Казахстану. То, что вы производите, нам тоже нужно. Хотя проблемы определенные всегда бывают - с поставками, логистикой. Но думаю, что с нынешним премьер-министром России, новым правительством, я уверен, мы очень многое можем сделать, том числе в Евразийском экономическом союзе".
"У нас схожие подходы к формированию и развитию нашего союза. И мы всегда находили понимание с первым Президентом Казахстана, когда создавали этот союз. Поэтому по белорусскому направлению вы можете не переживать. Здесь мы будем работать только на наше единство", - добавил Александр Лукашенко.
Встрече с премьер-министром Казахстана предшествовала встреча Александра Лукашенко с руководителем российского правительства Михаилом Мишустиным, продолжавшаяся достаточно долго. В связи с этим глава государства извинился перед казахстанским гостем. "Первый раз встретились с премьер-министром России. Куча этих проблем. Кстати, и о наших общих проблемах речь шла. Благодарю вас за то, что вы заглянули ко мне", - пояснил глава государства.
Он также попросил передать своим добрым друзьям - Нурсултану Назарбаеву и Касым-Жомарту Токаеву - самые теплые слова благодарности и приветствия. "Не только от меня - от нашего белорусского народа. Первого и второго Президентов в Беларуси очень хорошо знают, очень любят и уважают", - сказал Президент.

I recently learned my surname is not Polish, but Belarusian. I heard you on shortwave in the past and am so happy to listen online in English.
