Беларусь заинтересована в сплочении усилий с ЕБРР по борьбе с негативными последствиями пандемии. Об этом заявил премьер-министр Беларуси Сергей Румас во время встречи в формате видеоконференции с президентом ЕБРР Сумой Чакрабарти, передает БЕЛТА.
"Белорусская сторона заинтересована в сплочении усилий с банком по борьбе с негативными последствиями пандемии", - сказал Сергей Румас.
Он подчеркнул, что текущая эпидемиологическая ситуация вносит коррективы во многие планы и ранее поставленные цели. "С другой стороны, это существенная проверка на прочность для экономик всех стран. Правительство Беларуси подготовило меры реагирования на последствия пандемии, которые включают в себя укрепление систем здравоохранения и социальной защиты, а также поддержку реального сектора экономики, в частности малых и средних предприятий, - отметил премьер-министр. - При этом реализация данных мер потребует мобилизации значительных финансовых ресурсов. Соответственно, поддержка ЕБРР, в том числе в рамках принятого пакета солидарности, представляет особый интерес для белорусской стороны. Мы признательны за готовность банка поддержать нас в такое непростое время".
Правительство видит необходимость расширения каналов поддержки реального сектора экономики через имеющиеся в стране финансовые институты. "Мы признательны ЕБРР за готовность начать работу с Беларусбанком и Белагропромбанком по программе финансирования торговли. Это хорошее начало, но все же рассчитываю, что в перспективе ЕБРР сможет открыть прямые кредитные линии этим банкам для поддержки малого и среднего бизнеса. По Белинвестбанку и Банку Дабрабыт мы рассчитываем на увеличение текущих кредитных линий", - обратил внимание Сергей Румас.
Он также предложил ЕБРР рассмотреть возможные варианты снижения стоимости фондирования для предоставления более доступных кредитов реальному сектору экономики. "Мы готовы предоставить дополнительные обеспечительные меры со стороны правительства, чтобы снизить стоимость заимствования. Уверен, что мы можем найти компромиссные решения", - подчеркнул премьер-министр.
"Наши крупные компании, такие как Белорусская железная дорога, Национальный аэропорт Минск и другие, заинтересованы в оперативном привлечении оборотного капитала. В сложившейся ситуации для них крайне важна скорость предоставления такого финансирования", - добавил Сергей Румас.
Министр финансов Максим Ермолович по итогам встречи обратил внимание на то, что ЕБРР ежегодно наращивает портфель проектов в Беларуси. "Обсудили, как в нынешних условиях организовывать работу по долгосрочным проектам, чтобы они не останавливались. Кроме того, ЕБРР принимает программы по поддержке предприятий в условиях пандемии. Наша работа направлена на то, чтобы привести в страну относительно дешевые кредитные ресурсы и за счет них поддержать банковскую систему, чтобы банки в свою очередь могли оказать поддержку МСП и крупному бизнесу, торговле, экспорту, инвестиционным проектам", - отметил он.
Европейский банк реконструкции и развития - многосторонний банк, содействующий развитию частного сектора и предпринимательской инициативы в 38 экономиках на трех континентах. В 2019 году ЕБРР установил новый рекорд своей деятельности в Беларуси: банк вложил более 390 млн евро в 24 проекта в частном и государственном секторах.
