Die belarussische Regierung räumt den Vorrang der Modernisierung der Wirtschaft ein. Das sagte der belarussische Ministerpräsident Michail Mjasnikowitsch auf der Sitzung des Präsidiums des Ministerrates zur Modernisierung von belarussischen Unternehmen.
„Die Modernisierung der belarussischen Wirtschaft ist eine der Prioritäten in der Politik des Staates. Ohne neue Technologien kann man keine Produktion anbieten, wovon auch die Exporte abhängen. Deshalb ist heute eine der wichtigsten Aufgaben für die belarussische Regierung die detaillierte Arbeit mit den funktionierenden Betrieben“, unterstrich Michail Mjasnikowitsch.
Laut dem Minister für Architektur und Bauwesen von Belarus, Anatoli Nitschkassow, habe jede Organisation in Übereinstimmung mit den Aufgaben des belarussischen Präsidenten die Modernisierungspläne bis 2015 entwickelt, wo man alle notwendigen Maßnahmen zur Erhöhung des Ertrags pro Mitarbeiter, sowie zur Verbesserung der Arbeitsproduktivität und zur Steigerung der Löhne vorgesehen habe. Insgesamt sollen 82 Organisationen modernisiert werden, darunter 39 im Industriebereich und 43 im Bauwesen. In die Umsetzung der Pläne zur Modernisierung von Baubetrieben soll man $ 317 Millionen investieren, darunter mehr als 25 Millionen Dollar sind ausländische Direktinvestitionen auf Nettobasis. Dazu sollen die Baubetriebe mehr als 9 Tausend neue Arbeitsplätze anbieten. Der positive Außenhandelssaldo mit den Bauleistungen soll im Jahr 2015 mehr als $ 200 Mio. erreichen.
