The unprecedented level of personal communication between President Aleksandr Lukashenko of Belarus and President Vladimir Putin of Russia is setting the tone for the entire Belarus-Russia Union State agenda, Head of the Belarus President Administration Dmitry Krutoi said at a meeting of the High Level Group of the Union State Council of Ministers in Smolensk on 28 May. Dmitry Krutoi co-chaired the meeting, BelTA has learned.
