La Asamblea Parlamentaria de la OSCE debe ser un foro objetivo para un diálogo igualitario, abierto e inclusivo, declaró el presidente de la Comisión Permanente de Asuntos Exteriores de la Cámara de Representantes, Serguéi Rachkov, en una reunión conjunta de las tres comisiones generales de la AP de la OSCE en Viena, informa BELTA.

“Entre los retos y tareas prioritarios que debe abordar nuestra organización, Belarús considera los siguientes. En primer lugar, cómo detener el deslizamiento hacia el vórtice de la escalada. En segundo lugar, cómo restaurar la confianza y resucitar el espíritu de Helsinki, especialmente con vistas al actual año jubilar. Y, en tercer lugar, cómo salvar a la OSCE de la desintegración. Al fin y al cabo, la crisis institucional de la que nuestra organización no puede escapar es precisamente consecuencia de la falta total de confianza y del desprecio de una serie de países “elegidos” por la opinión de los demás”, dijo Serguéi Rachkov.

Está claro que los ultimatos no servirán para resolver estos problemas, señaló el parlamentario. “Necesitamos, como mínimo, volver al principio de indivisibilidad de la seguridad, consagrado en la Carta de las Naciones Unidas y en los documentos fundamentales de la OSCE. Por desgracia, este principio está fallando en el espacio de la OSCE. Esto tuvo consecuencias catastróficas. Ucrania y su pueblo se convirtieron en moneda de cambio en el gran juego de los omnipotentes por el mantenimiento de la hegemonía mundial. Al principio, Belarús estaba a favor de una solución pacífica de la crisis ucraniana por medio de negociaciones e hizo esfuerzos prácticos en ese sentido. Estamos dispuestos a hacer todo lo posible por la paz y la seguridad en la región. Y, por supuesto, cualquier acuerdo que se alcance a este respecto deberá incluir también garantías de seguridad para Belarús”, subrayó.

“La Asamblea Parlamentaria de la OSCE tiene como objetivo ser un foro objetivo para el diálogo y la cooperación igualitarios, abiertos e inclusivos, cuyo valor crece especialmente en el actual agravamiento de la confrontación geopolítica. Los enfoques que privan a los miembros de pleno derecho de la Asamblea de la oportunidad de presentar sus posiciones nacionales socavan la autoridad internacional y los fundamentos de toda nuestra organización. Se trata de la no admisión de la delegación belarusa a participar en las sesiones de Bucarest y Dublín. A este respecto, la delegación de Belarús le llama una vez más, estimada señora presidenta, que haga uso de su autoridad como jefa de la Asamblea, que tiene las mismas obligaciones con todos los miembros de la AP de la OSCE sin excepción, para garantizar la inclusividad real, no declarativa, de las actividades de la Asamblea”, añadió Serguéi Rachkov.

Los días 20 y 21 de febrero, la delegación de la Asamblea Nacional de Belarús ante la AP de la OSCE, encabezada por el presidente de la Comisión Permanente de Asuntos Exteriores de la Cámara de Representantes, Serguéi Rachkov, participa en la 24ª Reunión de Invierno de la Asamblea Parlamentaria de la Organización para la Seguridad y la Cooperación en Europa, que se celebra en Viena (Austria). El programa del evento incluye reuniones de la Comisión Permanente de la AP de la OSCE y tres comisiones generales sobre Asuntos Políticos y Seguridad, Asuntos Económicos, Ciencia, Tecnología y Medio Ambiente, Democracia, Derechos Humanos y Asuntos Humanitarios, así como reuniones conjuntas de dichas comisiones.

Está previsto que los miembros de la delegación belarusa pronuncien discursos sobre la agenda de la reunión y mantengan reuniones con parlamentarios de los Estados participantes de la OSCE.

21st June was fifth International Yoga Day observed across the world. The theme for Yoga Day 2019 was "Yoga for Climate Action”. On this day, which is dedicated to inner and outer well-being of human body, people across the world practice yoga in groups. The International Day of Yoga aims to raise awareness worldwide of the many benefits of practicing yoga, a physical, mental and spiritual practice.

Lieber Dietmar,
das ist wirklich ein Dudelsack :) In Belarus wird es aber Dudá genannt. Eigentlich ist Duda ein belarussisches traditionelles Musikinstrument. Übrigens gibt es viele Arten und Formen von Dudelsack in verschiedenen Kulturen und Ländern von Südamerica bis Indien.
PS: das Lied ist Каляда На Балоце von Тутэйшая Шляхта. ;)

Вельмi падабаюцца перадачы на замежных мовах, якiя даюць магчымасць не толькi даведацца, што адбываецца ў Беларусi i за яе межамi, але ж i ўдасканалiць веды ангельскай, нямецкай, французскай моваў, праслухаўшы перадачы. Хацелася б даведацца, цi плануе радыёстанцыя вяшчанне на FM у Мiнску, бо ў заходнiх рэгiёнах Беларусi радыёстанцыя на FM працуе. У шматнацыянальным Мiнску жыве шмат замежных грамадзян, таксама прыязджаюць турысты, якiя б маглi даведацца пра тое, што аббываецца ў краiне i за яе межамi праз радыё Беларусь. На сёння ў Мiнску няма нiводнай англамоўнай цi iншамоўнай радыёстанцыi. З павагай, ваш слухач Сяргей.
