Lukashenko confirms Belarus’ interest in expanding cooperation with Morocco

Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko congratulated King Mohammed VI of Morocco on the national holiday, Throne Day, the press service of the Belarusian leader told BelTA.
 
The head of state noted that Morocco, since Mohammed VI ascended the throne, has opened up a new successful chapter in its centuries-long history. “Thanks to wise reforms, large-scale modernization of production, and a consistent industrial policy, your country holds leading positions among African states in terms of industrialization and economic development,” the message of congratulations says.
 
“Minsk is seriously interested in expanding cooperation with Rabat in all promising areas,” Aleksandr Lukashenko emphasized.
 
The Belarusian leader wished strong health and further success to King Mohammed VI, and peace and prosperity to the people of Morocco.
