Belarus’ gold and foreign exchange reserves decreased by $1.1 billion in March and amounted to $15.2 billion as of 1 April 2026, the press service of the National Bank of Belarus told BelTA.

 

“The reduction in gold and foreign currency reserves is due to a decline in gold prices on international financial markets,” the National Bank explained.
