Over 300 Belarusian journalists to work at CEC Information Center during elections

        Over 300 Belarusian journalists have been accredited to work at the Information Center of the Central Election Commission of Belarus (CEC) during the elections to the House of Representatives of the National Assembly of Belarus.
Temporary accreditation to cover the parliamentary elections has been granted to about 90 foreign reporters. There are over 200 permanently accredited foreign journalists working in Belarus.
The CEC Information Center will work on the election day on 23 September and before afternoon on 24 September.
          The Information Center is meant for reporters and international observers. The center will provide them with regularly updates on voting results and voter turnout in the real-time mode.
The Information Center has all the necessary facilities for comfortable work of journalists and international observers, including Internet and phones with a possibility to make international calls.
Two halls will be used for press conferences given by election officials, experts, and observers, the national press service informed.
