  The Belarusian-Russian joint strategic army exercise Zapad 2017 is an example of transparency, the OSCE observer Robin Mossinkoff told the media.
      “This is a perfect example of transparency,” the observer said as he shared his impressions about the organization of Zapad 2017. He added that Belarus had demonstrated how to host such events.
        Robin Mossinkoff emphasized that during the Zapad 2017 army exercise the observers had the opportunity to obtain unbiased information.
        The expert thanked Belarus for having invited international organizations to the exercise, including the OSCE in accordance with the 2011 Vienna Document.
