Kazakhstan interested in Belarusian farm machines

Kazakhstan is interested in Belarusian farm machines, Chairman of the Committee on Agriculture of Majilis of Kazakhstan Parliament Romin Madinov told reporters before the meeting with members of the House of Representatives of the National Assembly of Belarus, BelTA reports.

"We have already opened the facility to produce MTZ tractors. This equipment is in demand in Central Asia. In addition, we will build a joint factory for the production of agricultural machinery. We are interested in your experience in the field of milk production,” said Romin Madinov

The lawmaker added that Belarus and Kazakhstan should not compete with each other but seek common ground to sell products outside the Customs Union together, increase the trade. For this purpose, according to the Chairman of the Committee, the MPs should establish the legal framework and highlight the issues so that the two governments could move forward.
