The Belarusian publishing house Mastatskaya Litaratura presented the book “Chinese Architecture”, the fourth in the book series “Exploring the Chinese Civilization”, BelTA learned from the Belarusian Information Ministry. In recent years, Chinese literature has been among the areas of interest for the Mastatskaya Litaratura publishing house. “Exploring the Chinese Civilization” is one of the major projects of the recent years. It is implemented in cooperation with the Chinese office of the Belarusian National Confederation of Entrepreneurship. “This book series touches upon a lot of aspects of Chinese culture in all its beauty, richness, and diversity,” the Information Ministry said. “The books describe the Chinese writing system, calligraphy, music, art, literature, theater, traditional remedies, applied arts, wushu, Lunar calendar, myths, achievements in science and technology, and other fundamental topics which reflect continuity of the tradition.”
The books “Chinese Music”, “Chinese Myths and Legends”, and “Chinese Literature” came out earlier. All in all, the book series will comprise eight books.
