The Ministry of Architecture and Construction of Belarus and the Ministry of Urban Development and Housing of Ecuador signed a memorandum of understanding in Minsk.

         The Ministry of Architecture and Construction of Belarus and the Ministry of Urban Development and Housing of Ecuador signed a memorandum of understanding in Minsk. 
         The document was inked by Minister of Architecture and Construction of Belarus Anatoly Nichkasov and Minister of Urban Development and Housing of Ecuador Pedro Jaramillo.
        The Belarusian Construction Minister stated that the memorandum would be a logical continuation of the bilateral cooperation that was started with the meeting of the two heads of state in Ecuador.
        “The path chosen by the President of Ecuador is aimed at social reforms. It means housing construction in the first instance. The first construction sites have already been defined. Construction projects will be implemented in the Ecuadorian developing city of Guayaquil,” the minister said.
Anatoly Nichkasov noted that partners from Ecuador praised urban development in Belarus and suggested training and retraining of the relevant personnel for Ecuador.
